Job Overview:

Porsche Beverly Hills is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic automotivesales professional to join our team. As a Porsche Brand Ambassador, you will beresponsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet theirneeds and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. This is a sales-drivenrole that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle preferences

- Provide information about available cars, including features and pricing

- Conduct test drives with potential buyers

- Negotiate sales prices and financing options

- Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets

- Utilize sales support tools to manage leads and track sales pipeline

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus

- Excellent negotiating skills

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport

- Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and inventory control

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptionalexperiences

- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries

Previous successful experience with Porsche sales or other high-lineautomotive brands is necessary, as is a valid driver's license, auto insuranceand a valid sales license.

Physical Requirements

Spending time outdoors in the weather and elements., spending time indoorsin air-conditioned areas. Sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs,repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, pushing/pullingon a regular basis. Lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs infrequently
